Before we speak, you'll complete a brief questionnaire so I can review your financial situation in advance. That preparation means our conversation focuses on real options and next steps — not basic intake.

Bankruptcy Strategy Session
We'll discuss your full financial picture, whether Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 makes sense for your situation, eligibility questions, timing, and what to expect from the process.
Your financial situation involve important details, including income levels, timing, prior filings, asset questions. We gather your details in advance to ensure this session is structured to give you real answers about how bankruptcy can improve your life, not just general information.
$250.00 for 30 minute strategy session.
Student Loan Preliminary Evaluation
Student loan discharge cases require careful evaluation before moving forward. This session is intended to assist those who have already filed for bankruptcy in determining whether their student loans may also be eligible for discharge.
During this session, we'll review your educational history, your financial circumstances, and whether pursuing a discharge of your student loans may be appropriate for your case.
You will have a clear understanding of what the process looks like and whether you are a good candidate for permanent student loan relief.
$200.00 for 30 minute evaluation.
